Can I book an appointment online?
Yes. Choose a service and a time on our booking page. You will get a confirmation by email with a link to reschedule or cancel.
Do I have to come to the office?
No. You can meet us in person at our Harrisburg office, by phone, or by video call. Choose the format when you book.
What should I bring to a tax appointment?
Photo ID, Social Security cards or ITIN letters for everyone on the return, last year's return, and your income documents such as W-2s and 1099s. Our What to bring page has the full checklist, and you can download it as a PDF.
Tax preparation
How much does tax preparation cost?
Our pricing page lists the starting price for each service. The final price depends on how complex your return is, and we tell you before we start.
Do you prepare Pennsylvania returns as well as federal?
Yes. We prepare federal and Pennsylvania returns, and returns for other states where you lived or worked.
Can you help if I do not have a Social Security number?
Yes. We help with ITIN applications (Form W-7), including the document review, so you can file a return.
I received a letter from the IRS. What should I do?
Do not ignore it, and do not pay anything you are unsure about. Bring or send us the letter; we will explain what it means and respond on your behalf if needed.
When will I get my refund?
The IRS says most refunds for returns filed electronically with direct deposit arrive within 21 days. Paper returns and returns that need review take longer.
Business and other services
Can you help me start a business in Pennsylvania?
Yes. We help with LLC and corporation formation, getting an EIN, registering for a Pennsylvania sales tax license, and setting up bookkeeping from the start.

Yes. A licensed agent will compare plans for your doctors and prescriptions, at no cost to you.
Do you offer notary services?
Yes, at our Harrisburg office. Please bring a valid photo ID and do not sign the document before you arrive.
Privacy
How do you protect my information?
Sensitive identifiers such as Social Security numbers are encrypted in our systems, staff accounts require a one-time passcode to sign in, and we share information only as our privacy policy describes.
